Bottleneck E.E. is a Greek manufacturer of bottling change parts based in Leventochori, Kilkis. We design and build improved quick-change star wheels, grippers and guides for every automatic bottling machine, and we run complete bottling line optimization projects for wineries and distilleries.

Producers should be free to focus on making a great product, not on the technical headaches of their bottling line. Quick-change parts simplify bottling, so that every winemaker, distiller and beverage producer can put their attention where it matters: the product.
We design and build everything in Greece, in our own workshop, together with Greek engineers and scientists.
We want every producer, from the small winery to the large industrial plant, to be able to switch bottles without waiting weeks and without depending on outside technicians.

The idea behind Bottleneck was born in 2021, with a real problem. A winery had ordered a new bottle and the bottling line could not run it. The only way to get the right parts made was to wait weeks for an outside technician. I designed a modular part that adapts to any bottle shape, and within a week I could make new pieces for every new bottle. That is where it all began; Bottleneck E.E. was founded as a company in 2024.
Since then, I have been talking with production managers, producers and owners in this industry every day, looking for the real bottlenecks in bottling. We cut time per bottle, cost and technical barriers.
Our team grows carefully, with Greek engineers who have worked at large industrial companies in Greece and abroad.

Can I add a new bottle type to my existing bottling machine?
Yes. With the Bottleneck quick-change system you add a new bottle shape in 2 working days, without replacing whole parts. We design and build new grippers for that specific bottle and fit them to your existing base.
Do you work with oenologists and consultants?
Yes, we work daily with oenologists, consulting winemakers and production managers who recommend Bottleneck to their clients for bottling line optimization.
Do you cover spirits and special bottle shapes?
Yes. We design grippers for every bottle type: wine (Bordeaux, Burgundy, special shapes), spirits such as ouzo and tsipouro, liqueurs and any other beverage.
