One system, different machines
The Bottleneck quick-change system is the same on every machine. The base is designed once for the specific station and the grippers change per bottle, covering diameters up to Φ105 mm. What differs from machine to machine is the height the station allows and where a star wheel is actually needed. On many lines it is not needed at every station, so we do not change what already works.

On-site measurement
We measure the station and the bottles on your line. We note the height and the diameter the machine takes, and which stations actually need a star wheel.
Design and manufacturing
We design the base for the specific model and the grippers for each bottle. Manufactured with industrial 3D printing in our workshop.
Fitting without adjustments
The base goes on once. From then on the bottle changeover is done by hand, by anyone on the line.
You do not always need a whole new system
Sometimes what is missing is simply one part. We reproduce the broken piece and deliver a replacement.
