Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Bottleneck E.E. (Leventochori, 61100 Kilkis, Greece), manufacturer of bottling change parts, collects and processes personal data through bottleneck.gr, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. Sent to info@bottleneck.gr and kept in our system for as long as needed to handle your request.
- Call booking: if you book a phone call, the booking runs through Calendly (Calendly LLC), which processes your name and email under its own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp: if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the conversation is governed by the terms and privacy policy of Meta/WhatsApp.
- Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, browser type, time of visit) for security and operations.
- Cookies: this site uses technically necessary cookies (e.g. caching) and, only with your consent, statistics cookies via Google Analytics 4 that help us understand how the site is used (anonymous visit statistics). Google LLC acts as processor. We use no advertising cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data exclusively to answer your requests, schedule calls and provide our services (legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; statistics cookies only with your consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Recipients
Access to the data is limited to the managing partner of Bottleneck E.E. and the technical providers required to run the website: hosting (Hostinger), booking service (Calendly) and messaging (WhatsApp/Meta), where you use them.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and up to 24 months, unless a business relationship follows, in which case they are kept for the duration of that relationship.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, email info@bottleneck.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
