Bottling star wheels (also written starwheels) and the bottle-handling grippers and guides that keep your bottles moving through the line, designed and built in Greece. Bespoke, quick-change parts compatible with every automatic bottling machine: Eurostar, AlfaTek, Enoberg, Fimer, GAI, Comet, Bertolaso, Krones, STS, Velo, MBF, AVE, Della Toffola and other brands. The range covers bottles up to Φ105 mm. On many lines, not every station needs a change, only the one that actually jams. We measure on your own machine, build and install the parts ourselves, and train your operators. From rinser infeed to capper outfeed, we change only the station that actually holds the line back. That is the cheapest bottling line optimisation available: no new machine, and no drop in bottles per minute.

For wine bottles (Bordeaux, Burgundy), spirits and any special shape. The base is designed once for the geometry of your specific machine and lasts for years. Only the gripper changes per bottle, so the cost of a new shape stays limited to the small, replaceable part.

Every gripper is made in our workshop for your exact bottle shape. Worn gripper? A new one delivered in 3-5 working days, and your bottling line never stops. Ideal for wineries and distilleries running many bottle types. We build with 3D printing or other methods, depending on the part, with no mould needed. So cost and lead time stay low even for a single-bottle order.

We assess your bottling line: on site in Greece, or remotely from measurements, photos and video for projects abroad. We time your format changes and identify which interventions will bring the biggest productivity gain.
Design and manufacturing
We design star wheels, grippers and bottle guides for your specific bottling machine and the bottle types you run. The design is built around the actual dimensions of your machine, not a generic template. A new bottle shape is ready in 3-5 working days.
Installation and operator training
We install the parts on your bottling machine and train your operators. The goal: anyone on your team can change bottles in minutes, without tools and without calling a technician. Training happens on the machine itself, with a real bottle changeover in front of your team.
