The part that broke, again

We measure the broken part, reproduce its geometry and manufacture it here. For small plastic and mechanical parts on bottling lines, with whichever method suits the part.

When a part is missing, the line stops

A small plastic or mechanical part breaks, and you wait for a shipment from abroad. Meanwhile the station runs with fewer active positions, or stops entirely. We have the workshop and the methods to have the part made locally, without waiting on the manufacturer.

From the broken piece to the finished part

Measurement

You send or bring us the broken part. We measure the original itself, not a drawing.

Design

We reproduce the geometry and check exactly where it failed.

Manufacturing

We choose the method that fits the part: high-strength 3D printing, machining, or a combination.

3–5

Days from receiving the broken part to the finished replacement.

It is not always worth it

If the original part is easy to find and costs little, there is no reason for us to make it. Send us a photo first, and the part code if you have it. If ordering it is the better deal, we will tell you.

When the same part keeps breaking

When the same piece breaks again and again, the replacement is not the problem. The problem is how the station is designed, or how the line is set. We look at it and tell you what is causing it.
