Quick-change star wheels for ENOBERG Monoblock
The ENOBERG Monoblock is a rinsing, filling and capping block for glass bottles. Unlike lines where changing one station is enough, here more than one station needed a Bottleneck star wheel, each with its own base and its own size. The grippers are the same type everywhere, though, so the operator makes the same move at every station.
The same line continues into a COMEN labeller and a Nortan capsuling machine, which we also equipped.

What we built for the ENOBERG Monoblock
White grippers for glass
Grippers made for the bottle on the line, that click in and out by hand and keep the centres of the machine. Every bottle has its own colour, so it is clear at a glance which set is on.
Bases on the ENOBERG geometry
Each base was designed by reverse engineering its own station, with the logo engraved. It clamps with hand screws, goes on once and never comes off.
Different size per station
Every station has a different star wheel size, because the space and the geometry differ. The grippers are the same type on all of them, so a new bottle means new gripper sets only, not new star wheels.

What changed on the line
The grippers change by hand on every station, with no machine adjustment and no technician. The bases went on once.
A new bottle takes a phone call and the drawing or a sample of the bottle. The new gripper set is ready in 3-5 working days, with no visit and no measurements on the machine.
ENOBERG Monoblock: common questions
I have a different ENOBERG type. Does it fit?
The ENOBERG family has many layouts. We measure your station on site, or we work from photographs and dimensions.
How many gripper sets do I need?
One set per bottle, for every station that carries a star wheel. We tell you exactly how many after the line assessment.
Do you run an ENOBERG Monoblock?
Send us a photo of the station and the bottle you want to run. We will tell you what is needed and what is not, with no commitment.
